Lyndsay Kenwright

Internationally trained yoga teacher Lyndsay Kenwright spent 15 years working in film and tv in London and Sydney. On the road to burnout in 2016, she re-trained as a yoga teacher and now has various teachings under her belt, including advanced yoga teaching for trauma and mental health and advanced breathwork/pranayama.

With 1000s of hours teaching experience, in class, 1:1's and her international retreats, Lyndsay teaches various styles of asana, including vinyasa, ashtanga and hatha and also in pranayama and meditation. A yoga practitioner herself for over 25 years Lyndsay has a nurturing style, offering individual adaptations with a strong connection to the breath, leaving her students feeling stronger, calmer and more connected.
